The concerts were organized by the ChineseAgency Wu Promotion Co. in cooperation with the Agency Studiomusica and with the support of the Italian Institute of Culture in Beijing.

The China tour in in late November was our first trip to the East and of course our excitement was great: we knew China only through history books, novels and cinema and we felt carry a heavy responsibility to bring so far our music and all that it represents for us. It was an exceptional experience for us, becose we had the opportunity to perform in wonderful concert halls and in the most extraordinary modern cultural centers and, at the same time, to visit ancient cities such as Shanghai and Ningbo. 
One of the things that we will allways remenber of Chinais the great contrast between the few old and traditional buildings and the large construction sites everywhere in the area, predicting huge skyscrapers in futuristic civilized landscapes. 
In such a context of transformation and frantic renovation, the city of Dalian seems to be more than other cities a monument to cosmopolitanism and globalization avant la lettre: there the Chinese, Japanese and Russian cultures are mixed in a (also architecture) very particular promiscuity, which blends completely with the spirit of the Chinese industry. 

In the various concerts we proposed pieces of Beethoven, Schubert, Sibelius, Dohnanyi and Bach, always enjoying great success. 
The polite and respectful reception and the very friendly nature of the Chinese people let us live a unique experience and we felt very flattered by the interest that the public expressed for our performances; actually we cannot deny that everything in China is of staggering proportions, not only the concert halls, but also the posters of our shows. 

We are very thankful the Italian Institute of Culture in Beijing for the support, the Italian Agency Studiomusica and the Chinese Agency Wu Promotion for organizing the tour. Our special thanks to Rebecca Xu, who accompanied us on this extraordinary journey and immortalized for us the best moments.
